During times like these you may feel unable to talk to friends or family. I provide a safe, confidential non judgemental environment where I will actively listen to you.
Together we can explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviour and the difficulties you have been facing. I will support you in the changes you would like to make.
I work with young adults, adult individuals and couples.
I am a member of NCPS, a BUPA provider, am fully insured and hold a dbs certificate.
