Little Lodge is a confidential, safe, welcoming space in which you are free to be yourself and talk at your pace. There are no expectations or judgements, just room for you to be you – your space.
It can be anxiety provoking; seeking and asking for help, at Little Lodge I try everything I can do to limit this stress, giving you the opportunity to see if you feel comfortable working with me and I am the right counsellor for you. If at any point you have any questions then please feel free to txt, email or call me, I provide Face to face, Video and Telephone sessions.
