I have a Degree in counselling/psychotherapy and an accredited counsellor/psychotherapist with the BACP. I am also a qualified supervisor. I have been working in addiction for 15 years, and also other various issues such as anxiety, depression, domestic violence , sexual abuse, self harming and many more. I worked 6 years as a family therapist and worked with young peoples counselling service and also a bereavement service. I offer couple counselling, family therapy, group and one to one counselling.

I offer a safe confidential environment where a non judgmental space with empathy, kindness and listening skills is offered to support you to empower yourself and have a better quality of life. I am offering face to face and online counselling sessions.

My values are honesty. equality and diversity and respecting difference. I feel privileged working in my role, and passionate about supporting others. In my past I was a professional dancer and found music, art, sports enabled expression, a sense of freedom, connection, feeling alive.

My own past experiences has led me to believe that self belief is everything, and expression and being heard enables change and a better quality of life. A creative space where you can explore your inner most feelings and be able to express without judgment enables change and growth. I work with various theories, holistic and CBT, always working at your pace, remembering you are the expert of yourself and working together we can explore change. I believe power is within and when accessed, this builds confidence and self esteem, empowering change and choice.

I charge £60 for 50 minutes one to one counselling session
Couple counselling £65 for 50 minute session
Family Therapy £75 for 50 minute session
I also offer reiki and Auricular Acupuncture
I also work with EAP (Employee assistant program) through insurances such as Axa pp Healthcare, Cigna Healthcare, vitality and Aviva & Bupa.
