I am a Psychotherapist, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Certified Transactional Analyst. Transactional Analysis (TA) is integrative and draws upon Humanistic, Psychoanalytic and Cognitive Behavioural approaches, this permits me to tailor therapy to your individual requirements. The key TA belief being that we are all capable of change.

 

I am professionally trained at the Metanoia Institute in London, which has a heritage spanning 30 years and is internationally recognised for providing high quality training in the psychological therapies.

I have been working and studying in the area of mental health for the last 10 years and for previous 20 years I held various leadership positions in a number of global blue-chip companies before training as a Psychotherapist & Psychotherapeutic Counsellor.

Rates

*Individual Counselling:  Free initial session then £55 per 50 min session.

*Personal Development: Free initial session then £60 per 50 min session.

 Couples Counselling: First session and subsequent sessions £65 per 50   min.

*For online sessions before 5pm I can offer a £5 discount (not including couples)
