My name is Mary Hanrahan, I am based in Steeple Ashton but also work from ‘The Practice Rooms’ in Bath

Choosing a therapist can feel daunting and you need to find someone who you feel you can work with and because of this I offer an initial session free of charge where you can talk about yourself and your concerns and we can discuss whether counselling or psychotherapy is right for you. How long it takes very much depends on what you wish to achieve. Short term work is helpful in focusing on specific issues, longer term work enables us to work with more deep seated issues and concerns.
