Sapna Gadaria Counselling Services Ltd

I offer one to one counselling to adult, adolescents and children. I offer group therapeutic sessions to children. I work within a Person-Centred Approach, Solution Focused Approach and Play Therapy. I also offer supervision to school staff.

Areas that I specialise in include PTSD, work related stress, relationships issues, bullying, transitions and play therapy.

Sessions are 50 minutes and are reviewed every 6 weeks. The first session is Free and fees are based on a sliding scale.
