Josie Wood – Heartful Living

Having worked as a counsellor, therapist and coach for 20 years I have a wealth of experience to draw on. I have had ongoing training in a variety of approaches to keep me constantly up to date with the most helpful and effective processes to support people through change. This combined with my empathic and intuitive approach means I can offer powerful, healing and transformative support.

I work with all areas and issues…and will help you feel comfortable to talk about whatever is going on for you, creating a safe space for you to explore it and make a positive shift in your life.

In a session I draw upon all aspects of my training as a counsellor, therapist and coach, to match what you most need at the time.

I run workshops on the subject of Living from Your Heart, and offer a coaching programme which guides you to gain all the benefits of living a heartful life, called Heartful Life Coaching.
