Friendly and affordable psychotherapy in school hours. I offer short term and long term therapy in school hours to address issues such as anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, and major life changes, I am an experienced therapist, counsellor and NLP Master practitioner, and am also in advanced training in Integrative Psychotherapy.
My style is friendly, engaging, intuitive and creative, and I ensure that the way we work together suits you and your needs. We will agree at our first meeting what goals you would like to work towards and the time you would like to invest in this.
I offer a free assessment session so that we can get to know each other and decide whether to work together. After this I charge £35 per session.
I am only a couple of minutes from the Railway Station (direct services to Leeds and Bradford), and plenty of street parking.
I am fully insured and supervised, and am a trainee member of UKCP and bound by the UKCP ethical code.
