The world of therapy can be confusing, especially if you have never felt the need for counselling before.  Counselling is usually associated with depression, anxiety and stress, but can be useful for anyone wanting to understand themselves better, or deal with a difficult situation.  I provide experience, understanding and a way forwards as you dip into your first counselling experiences.  I also provide longer term therapy to work with your process of change and loosening the hold of the past, even now.  I have specialist knowledge to work with bereavement, and prolonged grief, and skill in relationship issues.

IN PERSON, ZOOM OR TELEPHONE counselling available.  Meet me for a first session, discuss your needs and consider working together.  The first appointment is £20, and lasts  50 minutes.  The cost of following appointments are from £35 as for students or those on low income, to £45
