Hello, I am a humanistic integrative counsellor offering a safe, confidential and accepting space where you can talk freely and explore any issues that may be troubling you.  I have experience of working with people experiencing a wide range of issues including anxiety and stress, depression, bereavement, loss, low self-esteem, anger, relationship or family issues.

Together we can focus on whatever is important to you, helping you to gain deeper insight and awareness of yourself and the challenges you face. My aim is that my calm and empathic approach will support you in exploring your thoughts and feelings, making sense of your situation and in making positive choices for a happier life.

I offer an initial consultation session at the reduced rate of £10. This will enable you to ask any questions you may have as well as consider whether I am the right counsellor for you.
