I am qualified in Humanistic Counselling, Person Centered approach and I use it as the core of my therapy. I also use skills and techniques from other therapies as CBT, Psychodynamic therapy, Solution Focused therapy etc, to meet the needs and requirements of my Clients. I am a BACP accredited register member and I abide by iBACP Code of Ethics. I have over 10 years of experience in working for a counselling agency and my own private practice and seeing clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Some of the presenting issues I specialise in are relationships, anxiety, depression, anger, stress, bereavement, personal development. I work with young, mature and older adults, individuals, couples and families.
I support my Clients to clarify their concerns and challenges and to identify possible, positve changes they would like to make in order to improve their emotional wellbeing and the quality of their life. When I work with couples I help both partners equally to communicate in an open and honest way, to understand each other in a fresh way, to become more aware of their needs and to make their own decision abourt their relationship. I run my private practice in Chichester. Apart from face to face sessions, I also offer email and Skype counselling.
