Hello I’m Flora. I‘m a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Shamanic Reiki Master.

During difficult times when life throws obstacles in your path, it can be really helpful to talk confidentially to someone who takes the time to walk alongside you and can offer you the support you need.

I believe that the rapport between client and therapist is key to successful therapy; feeling comfortable in talking about your private thoughts and feelings is so important. My intention is to provide a friendly, warm and supportive space where I can help you explore and work through any issues you are facing.

I work in an integrative way at your own pace, where I combine elements of different therapeutic approaches tailored to suit your specific needs.

Fees –

Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £45.
I have a limited number of reduced price sessions available for clients who can demonstrate that they are on a low income.
