Jane Bronwyn Holder Counselling

I offer both long and short term confidential and non-judgemental counselling in a safe environment and work with adult individuals. As a qualified integrative counsellor I have a wide range of experience and in addition to general counselling, some of the areas I specialise in are: abuse; anxiety; bullying; bereavement; depression; loss; relationship issues; stress; low self-esteem; work related issues; redundancy and women’s issues. Therapy can be just a few sessions or may continue over several weeks or months and this will depend on your individual requirements and situation. Sessions last fifty minutes and my clients usually see me once a week at an agreed time each week. I am based within easy reach of Shepperton station and free street parking is also available.
Fees are £40.00 per session and limited concessions are available in certain circumstances.
