Emotion Focused Therapy

I have two practices, one in Sudbury town centre and one in Colchester. I offer a confidential service that is supportive and ethical. I am registered with the BACP and bound by their code of practice.

I mainly offer Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and individuals. Both forms of EFT are related but distinctly different.

I hold a diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and an advanced certificate in Emotion Focused Therapy. Additionally, I have studied Psychology, Mental health, Anxiety, Depression and Neurology at University level.

I have a wide range of experience with many different types of problem.
