I offer a warm, non -judgemental,  friendly approach and  genuinely care about my clients welfare and goals.

Taking the first step to seek counselling can be a minefield and  daunting prospect. If you a parent of child you might feel reluctant to ask for help and see this as failure. All of these feelings are natural and I hope to ease your fears and reluctance so you can feel calm from the offset.

I am fully trained and qualified to Masters degree level and have over 20 years experience working with children / adolescents and families in various settings.

With Insurance, enhanced DBS and up to date  safeguarding training.

My training is mainly Psychodynamic although I have natural lean to a more integrative way of working and have experience working with a variety of other models.

I work with creative media and play with children to help them communicate as sometimes it is hard for children to find the words.

I work with adults and families too and also offer Clinical Supervision to other professionals.

I work with a variety of presenting issues including Anxiety, Depression, historic issues, relationships, anger, abuse, self harm, family breakdown, loss.
