I am a qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist, and a registered member of BACP.

My private practice is a comfortable room located within Westerfield Business Centre, Westerfield, Ipswich, and I offer face to face talking therapy sessions to adult individuals and couples who may be feeling vulnerable and wish to explore their thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviour.  I also provide online talking therapy via Skype.
Therapy sessions are available on a regular basis, short term or long term to suit your needs.

By utilising a variety of therapeutic approaches, I can help you to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable in a safe and confidential place.
