Claire’s approach to CBT, combined with my controlled medication, has transformed my life after several years of battling with depression and anxiety. Through her calm and empathetic character, along with a clear focus on changing behaviour and positive outcomes, I now understand myself so much better and have left behind those dark dark days. Thank you Claire. Carolyn

Claire is so easy to talk to. She showed that she understood how I was feeling and why I was anxious. She offered some very practical strategies to help me think my way put of my anxieties and handle worrying situations.
