Life has a way of throwing a curve ball at times, making us feel anxious, confused and needing some support.  With Reaching Minds you can access the support you need.  I have experience in  counselling both Adults and young people with a range of issues and concerns.  I also have extensive experience in Bereavement counselling.  I have also worked with teenagers in schools.

I am an individual member of the BACP.

I take my profession seriously and continue my personal development ensuring I am up to date with current issues and therapies.
