Julia at Positive Mindset Counselling

Hello,

my name is Julia, I am a qualified integrative counsellor working in Private practice at Eccleshall Staffordshire, a registered member of the BACP and a PFOA approved counsellor.

Being an integrative counsellor simply means I am trained in different approaches to counselling such as Person-Centred, C.B.T. and Psychodynamic Therapy, which enables me to tailor my support to best suit your needs.

I work with issues such as bereavement, anxiety, depression, loss of confidence, relationship difficulties, work place stress, coping with illness, identity issues and self-harm.

Life can be challenging sometimes but I believe we each have the potential to overcome those difficulties, but we don’t have to face them alone. I offer a safe confidential space to take a deeper look at what’s brought you to counselling, in an atmosphere of respect, empathy and non-judgemental listening. In an honest and supportive environment where we can work together to promote a more positive you.

I aim to support you with your journey of understanding the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that have influenced your life, and to rediscover your internal compass towards lasting change and emotional well-being.

I charge £45.00p for a 50 minute session & £35.00p for students.
