Hello, my name is Sarah and I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Burton upon Trent.

I can provide sessions in my therapy room and also offer outdoor, walk and talk therapy.

I offer short term and longer term therapy and work with individuals and couples.

I can offer reduced rates for students or for people who have a low income.

I am qualified and accredited by the National Counselling Society and have insurance, an up to date DBS check and have regular supervision.
