Counselling and Supervision

As an experienced Integrative Humanistic Counsellor I can offer you a confidential, compassionate and supportive environment for you to explore and express feelings and thoughts which maybe troubling you or causing you distress.
As your counsellor I will encourage you to :

Explore and gain insight upon any aspect of your life experience that is difficult or causing you concern.
Reach a greater understanding and self awareness.
Discover positive coping strategies for yourself where needed.
Explore and create choices which can help you to be a more fulfilled and a happier you.

I am a individual member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS). I am also a fully qualified supervisor and mindfulness teacher.

I am extremely fortunate to have work with many people which have had various issues and problems, and I have help them worked through the issues and problems and supported them to grow and flourish towards a positive sense of well being. I have worked in various counselling settings and currently manage a counselling service for a mental health agency in North Somerset.

Supervision

I believe each supervisory relationship like a counselling relationship is unique to me and extremely important. I will offer you a warm,encouraging and creative space where you can reflect, replenish, develop and grow.

Together we can work in a way which engages you in the development of your practice which promotes the safety, well-being and growth of you and your clients, whilst supports and facilitates your learning, understanding, and development.
