At Ashwell Counselling, you will be offered a regular time to talk about your difficulties in a confidential environment free from intrusion. You will be helped to gain a deeper understanding of your feelings and together we will try to discover a way forward unique to you and your circumstances. By listening carefully to you, I can offer a professional point of view that can help you develop a different way of thinking about yourself and those around you.
My way of working is non-directive, non-judgemental and neutral. It is on this basis that counselling will help you work through your experiences and achieve improved mental well-being.
