Having worked alongside Cruse Bereavement Care as a Bereavement Volunteer, I have been honoured to help support people through one of the most difficult times in their life.

As well as Bereavement support, I also have experience of helping people with issues of Stress, Depression and Anxiety, through my role as a mental health first aider in my current employment and my own personal experience of being alongside members of my family who have also experienced these conditions.

My fees start from £35 and at the moment due to the CO-VID epidemic I am only able to offer online or telephone support
