Description:

Hello, I know how difficult it can be to choose a therapist, there are hundreds of smiley faces and names you may never have heard of.

So for that reason, I suggest you have a telephone conversation or face to face meeting with me and then decide if you want to work with me.

I am a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Trainer.

For over 30 years I have been working in the field of emotional health, helping people feel more confident and more able to face the difficulties that life throws at us all.

I have worked extensively with adults, couples, families, young people and children. I work both individually and in family groups. I have also been running workshops and training sessions for the past 20 years.

As an experienced psychotherapist I am able to work with any issues that affect your emotional well being and no issue is too small if it prevents you living the life you want to live.

The list below identifies the breadth of problems I have experience working with, however this is not exhaustive.

Anxiety, Low Mood, Self esteem issues, Loss ( of anyone/anything) Eating problems, including emotional overeating, Confidence, Assertiveness, Exam Stress, Relationship difficulties, Lack of Focus.

My office is based in Newark, with convenient links for Grantham, Bingham, Southwell, Nottingham, Lincoln & Leicestershire.

Call me today, to see how I can help you live the life you want to live : 01636 611562 / 07554020227
