I am a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Trainer.

For over 30 years I have been working in the field of emotional health, helping people feel more confident and more able to face the difficulties that life throws at us all.

I have worked extensively with adults, couples, families, young people and children. I work both individually and in family groups. I have also been running workshops and training sessions for the past 20 years.

As an experienced psychotherapist I am able to work with any issues that affect your emotional well being and no issue is too small if it prevents you living the life you want to live.
