I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor, offering a safe, confidential, professional service to all individuals both Adutls and Children. I believe my practice is personal, relevant and appropriate to meet the needs of all individuals, taking into account everyones uniqueness and therefore tailored to suit respectively.

The way I practice is governed by the ethical framework of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), of which I am a member, to ensure safe, ethical practice.

I assure you of a warm, genuine, non-judgemental relationship to enable you the opportunity and space to explore and reflect upon whatever may be troubling you in relation to both past and present or upcoming issues. This will give you the potential to gain a clearer perspective, awareness and understanding of whatever is concerning you.

I have been practicing as a counsellor for 10 years, working with a diverse range of issues, using Person Centred Counselling, with Cognitive behavioural Therapy and on occassions will use solution Focus Therapy.

Personal experience has allowed me to build and develop my practice to reflect the important needs and values imperative to assure individuals a safe, secure, trusting place to be. Understanding how our history has shaped the way we think, feel and behave can be the first steps to change.
