I provide Art Psychotherapy as 1:1 and group sessions as well as therapeutic art workshops and holistic programmes tailored to the individual.
Art Therapy is a psychotherapy in which art making is used to facilitate the therapeutic process. No art skills are needed and it can help people of all ages and backgrounds. It is helpful for people who struggle to express thoughts and feelings as the Art Therapist help the clients make sense of their experiences using both verbal and non-verbal expressions.
