Every one of us at times face challenges and dilemmas – milestones in our lives and transition points that can leave us stunned, confused or emotionally charged. Maybe you have lost someone close or maybe you feel you have lost yourself – your direction and focus. Sometimes we need to step back and review, reassess, and refocus – to look again at what matters to us and to make new decisions that support us. Maybe you need to talk about your experiences or your feeling but feel they are too big, too precious or too painful to share with friends and family. Whatever it is that you are facing at this time there is a good chance that counselling or Psychotherapy may be useful to help you find your way through.
I am a qualified and experienced Transpersonal and Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I work holistically and aim to support you to find your own answers and your best way forward. In my experience the quality of the therapeutic relationship we are able to build is the key to maximising the potential benefits of the work we do together. It is my role to encourage a safe space for you to share your experiences and feelings, dilemmas and choices and to support you in achieving the outcomes that are right for you.

I am a qualified experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor working in private practice primarily with adults. I have experience of counselling with primary school children and of both Executive and Life Coaching with adults. I have a very small supervision practice and extensive experience of training and facilitating groups. My background is in Senior Management and Human Resources and this adds to the skills and experience I bring.
I abide by the Ethical Code of Conduct of my professional bodies (BACP and UKCP).

Fees

Sessions are held weekly and last for 50 minutes. The fees range from £40 – £60 per session.
