My Approach

I work a lot with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, but use an Integrative approach tailored to the needs of my clients.

The sessions

I offer an initial assessment for £10. the assessment allows us both to meet and discuss your requirements, and to see whether you would like to continue further with therapy.

My rate per session is £35 and last for 50 minutes. I do offer concessions to student counsellors and those on a low income. Please ask for more details.
