Health is everything, isn’t it? It lies is at the very core of our experience of life. The really great thing is that we can do so much to be in good health. I’m talking about emotional health and physical health as one integrated system. Which is of course what it is.

Overall, I specialise in the interwoven, entangled relationship between being well physically and being well psychologically / emotionally / mentally. But this doesn’t tell you that much.
