Our sessions together will be in an environment where you are free to express any emotions and feelings. This can be with the aim for you to see yourself as a person who can change and has the freedom to do so within the therapeutic counselling process. Counselling can be useful to explore present and past issues. It can help with many emotions and feelings if you feel anxious, angry, worried, depressed, confused, bereaved or have low self esteem.

Free pre counselling session
Each 50min session thereafter £35

I continue to attend courses and participate in BACP’s Continuing Professional Development workshops and courses.
