Life can be full of many happy experiences and at times it can be full of love and laughter. But at other times it can be an unhappy place, full of tears and sadness. We learn from all these experiences and they are what make us who we are. Sometimes though, the unhappy experiences can overwhelm us, causing a negative impact, physically and emotionally.

At times like these, counselling can offer you a place where you can work through your difficulties, experiences, feelings or needs in a safe, confidential, supportive and, most importantly, non-judgmental environment. Counselling can empower you and give you the strength to change what needs to be changed and move towards a more fulfilled life.

I am a fully qualified and insured counsellor with a private practice based in Sabden, in the Ribble Valley. My counselling room is comfortable and relaxing and there is also a private, outside counselling area with beautiful views.
