I am a fully qualified counsellor working with the person centred theory; I do integrate other models if I feel they will be of benefit to you. I’ve found working creatively in particular has been beneficial with a number of different clients. I offer professional, welcoming and flexible service. Short or long-term counselling is always negotiable. I will not tell you what to do or offer advice, but I will provide a safe confidential space in which you can listen to your own inner voice and find the strength to understand your needs and desires.
