I am a Cognitive Behavioural therapist who will work with you to explore the tangled thoughts, feelings and behaviours that are keeping your emotional distress going. Although CBT trained, I use an integrative approach which means that I use different models of counselling depending on the client’s needs.
I understand the strength it requires to sit in the client’s chair, I have sat in it myself. We will work side by side to explore the issues that are impacting you in the here and now and build your resilience to enable you to navigate the trials and tribulations that life throws at you.
