I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches. I aim to empower my clients into making positive changes in their lives. I work on the understanding that each client is the expert on their own life. My approach is honest and real and I work with you in confidence and at a pace that is right for you. Understanding the underlying nature of your emotional difficulties can help to relieve suffering and can open up the possibility for change.

Counselling offers insight into difficulties that may have arisen from the past, out of your awareness it recognises how these may still affect you in the here and now and focuses on changing negative thoughts and behaviours into more positive ones. The way I work allows you to feel accepted, heard and will enable you to feel clearer about your journey in life.
