People seek counselling and psychotherapy for various issues, all of which will be met by me with acceptance and empathy. I believe in a trusting relationship between a therapist and client to support you in what you would like to achieve through counselling/psychotherapy. I will endeavour to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, enabling you to gain a greater sense of awareness about your past and present circumstances.
