I am Peter an Integrative Counsellor, trained and experienced in psychodynamic, Person Centered, Relational and cognitive therapeutic approaches. This experience gives me a varied toolbox in order to best support a client.

I have experience working with clients with varied issues including, bereavement, self-harm, childhood abuse, anxiety, depression, low mood, confusion, relational issues, sexuality, sexual and gender identity. I have background of counselling for the mental health charity Mind and at GP surgeries.

As a client you are assured that the sessions will be what you feel you need to speak about, we can work together to improve how you feel. I work ethically and confidentially.

Our first session will be a consultation session, lasting 50 minutes, within this we will look at your current issue, your current situation, health and support you have, in this session we will look at how many sessions you may need, short term approx. 6 sessions or longer term work.

I work at Sea View Therapy Rooms in Lydd on Sea.

Prices:
Consultation/session: £40 per 50 minutes.

Couples counselling £60 per 50 minutes.
