I am a integrative/ CBT - cognitive behavioural therapy counsellor. I have a diploma in Counselling and accredited with the BACP this means "my practice has been deemed to meet the standard for a competent, ethical and independent practitioner". I have been qualified since 2009.
I have worked with the high end of mental health clients who were self referred/referred from a number of mental health services in Canterbury. I also worked voluntary with the Umbrella Counselling for four years up until 2013.

I understand your first initial step to calling a counsellor can leave you feeling very anxious, this is to be expected and is a perfectly natural response.
When you call we will look at your needs and what your hopes and gains from counselling are, also work around you concerning times and days that you are able to attend. Sessions are on a weekly basis and are 50 minutes per session. Once this has all been confirmed...We will make a booking for your first session.

FEES: £20 - £40 per session depending on financial situation.
Weekends are available but may be at a higher rate.
