Reality offers Counselling and Life skills Coaching to improve situations & relationships for individuals, couples and families.

You will see highly experienced, well trained and supervised Counsellors who cover a whole range of issues including anxiety, stress, fear, panic attacks, phobias, abuse, OCD, post traumatic stress, couple counselling and mediation.

Our aim is to help clients understand where problems stem from and to offer a ‘tool kit’ to effectively manage the issues they are experiencing.

Reality is based in Dartford in pleasant, comfortable surroundings with available parking.

Clinical Supervision, Networking and CPD is available for Counsellors and Students. We also run Seminars and Courses and offer mediation facilities to small organisations
