Hi i’m Rachel i’m a qualified integrative counsellor and i truly believe that anyone at some point in their life can feel in need of support for many different reasons. Having a confidential space which is safe to explore your feelings and thoughts is essential when exploring counselling. Feeling safe and validated with your counsellor means you can work together to share the journey to a healthier well being. I offer a safe environment with in which you can feel respected, nurtured listened to and valued.

I currently work with Parents, Carer’s, Adults, Children LGBT individuals or groups and youth services. My background is 25 years in supportive community settings working with a range of people.
