I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor based in Barton On Sea New Milton.

I can offer a safe, confidential, non judgmental environment for you to able to express your true feelings and move on from whatever is troubling you, working specifically on areas you would like to change or improve. As we are all unique I use a range of different methods dependent on your requirements and needs and I can offer short or long term sessions.

I am also a qualified dental nurse working with dental anxiety and phobia. ( as seen on BBC1 )

As a qualified dental nurse I work with with other health professionals (dentists) to help you overcome your dental phobia and anxiety working at the only phobia accredited dental practice in Dorset.

I can help you with anxiety,stress,depression low self esteem/confidence OCD, Addiction, loss and bereavement including relationship breakdown and loss of a beloved pet.

I also have experience of working with Motor Neurone Disease, Fibromyalgia, Chronic fatigue syndrome and MS and those caring for the above including pre bereavement counselling.
I feel passionate there are no barriers to counselling so within reasonable limits I am able to come to you if you are physically not able to come to me. free half hour consult appointment, thereafter 50 minute appointments £35.00 .
