Hi there, I offer therapy for Adults and young people (11-18yrs) from my small private practice in Lymington. Do you feel you need to talk to someone? Who will really listen, understand and support you through your Counselling Journey. I offer a warm friendly environment, where you can have the space just be be you, without fear of judgement. I have helped people with a range of different issues, such as anxiety, OCD,  low self-esteem, relationship issues, bereavement and self-harm to name just a few.
