I have been a counsellor for 22 years and am still amazed by the number of us who struggle with unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours. If you desire change in your life I can support you to achieve the outcome you are looking for. It is not necessary in lots of cases to spend weeks and weeks discussing and re-living unhappy past events. At Solutions Counselling we seek to help you resolve problems so that you can live confidently and purposefully the life you chose.

I can offer a safe, secure, non-judgemental and supportive environment in which you are free to explore your own inner world and re-gain a sense of control in areas where you may have felt uncertain or even helpless. I can also provide educational support for individuals, families and professionals in such areas as memory enhancement, examination stress, nerves and anxiety, confident public speaking and presentation skills.  Customised programmes for staff, parents and students in schools and colleges can be tailored towards particular needs and requirements and have been particularly well received in the run up to exams and SATS which are stressful times for all concerned.

Our programmes and workshops on dealing with Conflict and Confrontation and on Stress and Anxiety are delivered in workplace situations where they have had a marked influence on such measures as employee satisfaction and absenteeism.
