Revolution Counselling & Psychotherapy

Revolution is a modern, dynamic, solution focused counselling practice based on the Surrey & Hampshire border. I offer face-to-face, online and telephone based therapy for anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, depression and low self-esteem. I specialise in helping people make tangible changes in their lives.

Yes, we’ll talk about the past as much is useful, but our goal will be to crystallise your goals and move you forward in your life.

I expect my clients to be highly motivated to buy into themselves and to try things they might not have tried before. ‘Homework tasks’ are set between sessions, and I expect my clients to put the time in between sessions to help consolidate the journey of self-discovery and change they are under-going.

My hours best suit the self-employed, teachers, and people who work from home – anyone who can make daytime sessions between 9am and  3.30pm. I offer an affordable and flexible pricing scheme that makes it easier to access therapy.
