I will work with you and the issues you have on a confidential professional and personalised basis.  As mental health issues for individuals increases, I will walk on that journey with you together in coming to terms with the problems that are tough for you. I will support and assist you with your anxiety, stress, depression anxiety, bereavement etc.  After the initial free assessment and when we are both happy in working and developing that all important therapeutic relationship together, we can then plan how we proceed from there. I have a number of years of experience in journeying and supporting clients in their hours of need, so why not reach out and I will be able to accommodate you almost immediately without joining lengthy queues.

Experience:

I have a number of years experience working with Patients, Family Members and Carers at the St Luke's Cancer Centre, Royal Surrey Hospital. I also have worked with Mindspace Foundation which supports referrals from Doctors Surgeries. I work with Clients of all ages, ethnicity, belief and sex all over the UK by telephone & online at present.

Qualifications & Memberships:

I qualified at the University Centre Farnborough, with a CPCAB recognised Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a member of the the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists and follow their Ethical Framework. Also an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society www.nationalcounsellingsociety.org.
