My Therapy Approach

Through my 30+ years of experience in the fields psychology, eastern philosophies, energy healing and consciousness I have developed a unique therapy approach that combines psychology and spirituality. My lay-woman's study of Quantum Physics confirmed to me beyond any doubt that our soul, spirit, or sentient intelligence is the prime cause of our being. We are electro-magnetic beings 'clothed' in biological bodies, travelling through Time and Space, hence to achieve long-lasing happiness we can no longer ignore the Soul.

How Do I Work?

In my work and through psycho-spiritual guidance and support, I assist my clients of all ages [16+] to understand and release their emotional or mental distress, overcome self-defeating behaviours, clear stubborn patterns, emotional pain, develop coping strategies, and improve relationships. I work with general psychological issues such as depression, anxiety, lack of worth, cognitive dissonance, lack of meaning, feeling stuck, relationships break ups, couple therapy, as well as life changing events and crisis, e.g. grief, loss, divorce, suicide of a loved one, and other stressful life-changing events. I use Eclectic, Integrative Model and draw on a variety of creative approaches including CBT, Dreams, Archetypes, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt. All sessions are held online via Zoom or Skype, client-led and interactive with focus on your unique needs.
