The Counselling Service

A professional and confidential service to help you through the difficult times in your life, whether this is individually or as a couple.

All sessions are at your pace and with support throughout. It may be something that has been problematic for some time or may be more recent either way we can work through this. There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions and appointments are usually available within a week of your initial contact.

Areas of help include:

Individual counselling

Relationship or couples counselling

Help with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, sexuality, self harm, illness diagnosis and family support, communication difficulties both in a relationship and individually
