I am a qualified person centred therapist with many years experience. I use an integrative approach using Cognitive Behavioural techniques and a motivational approach. I offer face to face counselling however due to the coronavirus pandemic, I am now offering online therapy via Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp. I understand the anxiety, stress and worry you must experience in your daily life and the impact it can have on your mental and physical health.
