Peaceful Solutions Counselling

Counselling and/or Psychotherapy offers a place and time to explore what it is that may be causing a person to feel anxious or depressed. Something that may be holding a individual back when it comes to change.

In my therapeutic practice I help a client to understand what it is/was that has become a barrier between them and happiness or balance. I believe each client holds the key to their own happiness, health and spiritual balance, so by offering a supportive therapeutic relationship, personal awareness and enlightenment is hoped to be achieved.
