Trenpa Therapy

Trenpa Therapy offers Psychotherapy and Life Coaching based in the heart of Manchester. I also offer our services over Skype for people who do not live in the Manchester area or do not have the time to attend in person.

Our mission is to simply change your life for the better! I can offer you therapeutic support if you are experiencing issues around depression and anxiety, drug or alcohol use, understanding and controlling anger, stress (at home or in the work place), relationship issues, and childhood trauma. I also provide therapy for people with many other difficulties, so if I have not mention something you are experiencing please feel free to contact me to discuss your needs further.

In addition here at my Manchester office I work with couples to help improve and revive relationships. Whether you have ’drifted apart’ or there has been a significant event which has impacted your relationship, couples can often benefit from the independent support from a trained and experienced professional.
