About The Counselling Service

Offering the Person Centred Model of Counselling which is non directive and non judgemental. It allows you to start the counselling conversation wherever you feel is most appropriate. You may often see Counselling referred to as a Talking Therapy. Talking therapies are great for when you are going through a bad time and can’t sort something out yourself. It’s often easier to talk through some issues with a person who doesn’t know you, who respects what you have to say, will listen and encourage your opinion, thoughts and feelings. For some people Counselling/Talking therapy may not make their problems go away but they can help you to feel better and more contented.

Anxiety – Anger – Jealousy – Arguements and Conflict – Depression – Bereavement – Abuse – Work / Career – Addiction – Relationship problems – Seperation or Divorce – Commitment Issues – Gender and sexuality issues – Confidence – Self esteem – Health or Illness worries – Money issues – Life Changes
